Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can thrive.

Fahaada Rehabilitation and Nursing home was founded in the year 2018.
And it has been our philosophy to improve the lives of adults with substance abuse and mental health issues through the delivery of integrated care.
We are a team of dedicated professionals, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Our diverse team includes licensed therapists, medical doctors, addiction specialists, and support staff who bring a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and substance abuse issues.
Vision and Mission
To provide effective and affordable care to persons with substance abuse and mental health issues as well as nursing mothers through individualized care by using evidence-based practices delivered in a welcoming, holistic approach.
We believe in a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit, fostering a comprehensive path to recovery and wellness.
Meet our team
Our purpose is to make a timely and long-lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families we support. Our treatment programs have mainly been developed by clinicians working in America, the United Kingdom and Nigeria. We currently treat over 45 conditions across all our treatment sites. We also have International professionals who work with locally based clinicians for specialized assessments in areas where we struggle to find expertise in the local community or country.
